Predict tomorrow's operational costs today.
Predictive Operational Intelligence for Modern Enterprises
Takum watches your operations as they happen and tells you where money is about to be lost, while there is still time to act. A job trending over budget on day 3. A vendor invoice that doesn't match what actually happened on the ground. Takum surfaces both before the money is gone, so your team intervenes during the work, not weeks after it.
Companies should pay for what actually happened, and catch what's going wrong while it's still happening.

/ 01 · Origin
It started with $1.4 million found by hand.
During an internship inside the finance organization of a Bain Capital-backed airline, Imsulen Jamir manually audited vendor invoices line by line. That work uncovered $1.4 million in vendor overcharges.
More importantly, it revealed a much larger problem: companies discover what things cost after the fact. After the job is done, after the invoice arrives, after the money is gone. Manual audits can uncover these issues, but they don't scale. And they can't catch the other half of the problem: operations drifting off course in real time, where no audit will ever help.
Takum was built to close that gap, bringing operational truth into business decisions early enough to change the outcome, not just explain it.
Aviation was the origin, not the boundary. The same invisible cost leakage shows up wherever operations are heavy and invoices are complex. So what started as an airline invoice audit tool became an industry-agnostic platform: one truth layer spanning transportation, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, retail, real estate, and aviation.

Operations
Imsulen ran large operations before he ever built software. At Amazon he led more than 150 people through a new sorting system rollout that led North America in IXD sort production.
Financial controls
Then, inside an airline finance organization, he saw firsthand how organizations struggle to see operational risk before it becomes financial loss. Takum is that operator's discipline, built into software.
Applied AI
The AI came the same way: hands on. Inside the MBA program he went from finance to shipping working AI systems, including an agentic AI implementation for Silicon Labs, the Austin-based semiconductor company, presented onsite as his MBA capstone.
“The UF Warrington MBA program trained me to not study AI as an abstract, but to actually build solutions that solve problems.”
